Cleary Gottlieb represented Duravant LLC, a Warburg Pincus LLC portfolio company, in its acquisition of QC Industries, LLC.
The acquisition closed on March 1, 2018. The purchase of QC by Duravant will further extend Duravant’s material handling product portfolio with in-process conveying solutions and will also further strengthen the company’s integration and automation capabilities.
Cleary represented Warburg Pincus in its initial acquisition of Duravant in June 2017.
