Endurance International Group in Acquisition of Constant Contact

Cleary Gottlieb represented Endurance International Group in connection with its acquisition of Constant Contact, which was signed on October 30, 2015 and closed on February 9, 2016. The transaction was valued at approximately $1.1 billion.
Through its proprietary cloud platform, Endurance provides web presence solutions including web hosting, eCommerce, eMarketing and mobile business tools to approximately 4.4 million subscribers around the globe. Constant Contact introduced the first email marketing tool for small businesses, and today the company assists more than 650,000 customers worldwide with its all-in-one online marketing platform for small organizations.
