F2i Acquires Compagnia Portuale

Cleary Gottlieb represented F2i in the signing of an agreement to acquire Compagnia Portuale (CPM), active in the port of Monfalcone, from T.O. Delta.

CPM’s activities will be integrated with those already carried out by F2i (through FHP, its port holding company) in Carrara, Livorno, Mestre, Chioggia, and Monfalcone itself.

The acquisition will be carried out by FHP, which is controlled by F2i’s Third Fund (42%) and the F2i-ANIA Fund (58%).

F2i is the leading Italian manager of infrastructure funds. T.O. Delta is one of the leading players in the logistics and intermodal transport sector in Italy.
