Cleary Gottlieb represented Formstrong Training, LLC in connection with drafting a services agreement to document the various training programs Formstrong offers and to set forth the terms of its clients’ assumption of risk and waiver of liability.
Formstrong was referred to Cleary by Start Small Think Big, a not-for-profit organization that assists under-resourced and low-income small businesses and start-ups in New York City that are in need of legal assistance.
Formstrong has developed a flexible approach to personal training by renting a physical training facility space on an as-needed basis and offering remote training services. As a result of this unique approach, Formstrong’s clients are able to access services from locations across the country.
