Forsee Power’s IPO

Cleary Gottlieb represented the underwriters in Forsee Power’s initial public offering.

Forsee Power raised €100 million in the IPO, which was listed on Euronext Paris. Certain shareholders may also sell shares amounting to up to €15 million if the “greenshoe” option is exercised in full. The shares were offered to the public in France and internationally in private placements, including under Rule 144A in the United States. Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank and Société Générale, in collaboration with Gilbert Dupont and Joh. Berenberg, Gossler & Co. KG, acted as joint global coordinators, joint lead managers, and joint bookrunners in the offering.

The transaction priced on November 2, 2021, and is expected to close on November 4, 2021.
