Goldman Sachs Advises EarthLink in $1.1 Billion Windstream Merger

Cleary Gottlieb is advising Goldman Sachs, financial advisor to EarthLink, which announced on November 7, 2016 that it will merge with Windstream.

The transaction is valued at approximately $1.1 billion.
