GP Investments in $215 Million Brazilian Equity Follow-On Offering

Cleary Gottlieb represented Citi and Credit Suisse as underwriters in the Rule 144A/Reg S follow-on offering of GP Investments, Ltd. Citigroup Global Markets Inc./Citigroup Global Markets Brasil, Corretora de Câmbio, Títulos e Valores Mobiliários S.A. and Credit Suisse Securities (Europe) Limited/Banco de Investimentos Credit Suisse (Brasil) S.A. acted as joint bookrunners. GP Investments issued 6,215,373 Class A shares for a total offering price of $215 million. The offering closed on February 22.
