Cleary Gottlieb is advising the Board of Directors of Higher One in connection with the company’s divestiture of its data analytics division, known as Campus Labs, to an affiliate of Leeds Equity Partners. The transaction, announced October 19, 2015, is expected to close by the end of November 2015.
