International Flavors & Fragrances in its Acquisition from IK Investment Partners

Cleary Gottlieb is representing International Flavors & Fragrances, a leading global creator of flavors and fragrances for consumer products, in its acquisition from IK Investment Partners for an enterprise value of €283 million the companies forming the Lucas Meyer Cosmetics group. The acquisition is expected to close in the third quarter of 2015.
