Cleary Gottlieb advised ITM Automobile, a member of the “Les Mousquetaires” (Intermarché) group in the purchase of Rapid Pare-Brise, Rapid Auto-Glas, and American Car Wash Développement, which join Roady in the Groupe Les Mousquetaires.
The transaction closed on July 27, 2018.
This transaction aims at making ITM Automobile a leader in mobility by 2025 by allowing it to become a unique player in such market, offering a complete offer to become the preferred partner of drivers, both on regular maintenance and on preventive or curative operations.
Roady, Rapid Pare-Brise, Rapid Auto-Glas, and American Car Wash are now a global network of more than 350 stores in France and Belgium, generating more than €300 million in revenue per year.
