Cleary Gottlieb represented Ivanhoé Cambridge in connection with the dissolution of the partnership formed with Blackstone in 2013 and the end of their concert with regards to Gecina as of February 22, 2016. In connection with such dissolution, Ivanhoé Cambridge, through affiliates, acquired 14,514,107 shares of Gecina and became Gecina’s principal shareholder, holding approximately 23% of its share capital and voting rights.
