Korea South-East Power’s $300 Million Offering

Cleary Gottlieb represented Citigroup, Crédit Agricole CIB, and HSBC, as joint bookrunners and joint lead managers, in a Reg. S offering by Korea South-East Power Co. Ltd. (KOSEP) of $300 million 2.125% notes due 2025.

The notes were listed on the Singapore Exchange. The offering priced on January 21, 2020, and closed on February 3, 2020.

KOSEP was established in 2001 as one of six wholly owned generation subsidiaries of Korea Electric Power Corp. (KEPCO). KEPCO is currently the sole electricity transmission and distribution company in Korea and is listed on the NYSE.
