Cleary Gottlieb represented La Poste in the annual update of its €7 billion Euro Medium Term Note (EMTN) Program. The update closed on October 7, 2013. The notes issued under the program may be listed on the regulated market of NYSE Euronext in Paris. Deutsche Bank acted as arranger under the program and Barclays, BNP Paribas, Commerzbank, Crédit Agricole CIB, Deutsche Bank, HSBC, Natixis, Société Générale Corporate & Investment Banking and The Royal Bank of Scotland were appointed dealers under the program.
