Macintosh Retail Group in Sale of Belcompany Activities

Cleary Gottlieb represented Macintosh Retail Group B.V. in the sale of its Belgian telecom distribution retail network to Telenet Mobile NV. The sale was structured as a cross-border business assets sale (transfer of branch of activities).

BelCompany is the second largest independent supplier of mobile telecom and related products in Belgium. Telenet is Belgium’s leading provider of broadband cable services.
