Cleary Gottlieb represented Mexico City Airport Trust (MEXCAT) in its tender offers to purchase for cash up to $993 million of its notes issued in the international markets.

The transaction launched on November 6, 2023, expired on December 5, 2023, and settled on December 8, 2023.
The transaction will reduce MEXCAT’s total indebtedness by approximately $480 million, from approximately S$4.2 billion to approximately $3.7 billion.
