Cleary Gottlieb is representing Deutsche Bank and KBC Securities, as prospective underwriters, in connection with the proposed €275 million to €300 million rights issue of Nyrstar announced on November 9. The rights issue will be partially backstopped by Trafigura. The effective launch of the transaction is subject to a number of conditions.
