Positivo Informática in Equity Offering

Cleary Gottlieb represented UBS and Banco Pactual as joint global coordinators and bookrunners in the Rule 144A/Reg S offering of 24,145,000 shares of common stock of Positivo Informática S.A. The shares were listed on the São Paulo Stock Exchange. The offering, which closed on January 11, was Positivo’s first equity offering in the Brazilian and international capital markets.
