Cleary Gottlieb represented the underwriters, led by BofA Merrill Lynch, Goldman Sachs and J.P. Morgan, in SES’s inaugural Yankee bond offering. The offering included $750 million of 3.600% senior notes due 2023 and $250 million of 5.300% senior notes due 2043. The notes were offered in the United States under Rule 144A and outside the United States under Regulation S. The offering priced on March 26 and closed on April 4.
