SK E&S in $300 Million Subordinated Capital Securities Offering

Cleary Gottlieb represented SK E&S Co. in its Rule 144A/Reg S offering of $300 million subordinated capital securities. This transaction is SK E&S’s inaugural international securities offering and the first stand-alone corporate hybrid securities offering by a Korean issuer. The Securities were listed on the Singapore Exchange. The offering priced on November 19, 2014 and closed on November 26, 2014.

SK E&S is an integrated gas and power company based in Korea with operations across the liquefied natural gas value chain.
