The notes were listed on the Singapore Exchange. The offering priced on September 10, 2019, and closed on September 17, 2019. BNP Paribas, Citigroup, and Credit Suisse were the joint bookrunners.
SK hynix is one of the world’s largest memory semiconductor companies and engages in the design, manufacture, and sale of advanced memory semiconductors. In the dynamic random access memory market, it is ranked number two globally based on revenue, with a market share of 29.5% in 2018.
