Snowflake Invests in Collibra

Cleary Gottlieb represented Collibra NV (Collibra) in a strategic investment by Snowflake Investment Holdings Inc. (Snowflake) in Collibra.

The strategic investment will deepen the partnership between Collibra and Snowflake and aims to drive product innovation.

Collibra is a Belgian company with a strong U.S. presence focusing on data management and governance. Snowflake is the venture arm of Snowflake Inc., the data cloud company.

In October 2021, Cleary also advised on Collibra’s $250 million Series F financing round at a post-money valuation of $5.25 billion.
