Stanley Ventures Invests in ARIX Technologies

Cleary Gottlieb represented Stanley Ventures, the venture capital arm of Stanley Black & Decker, Inc., in its minority equity investment in ARIX Technologies, Inc.

ARIX develops technology that allows oil and gas refining and petrochemical facilities to monitor, test and analyze the condition of their pipeline assets.

Stanley invested in ARIX’S Series Seed preferred stock. The transaction signed and closed on May 16, 2018.
