Tarkett in IPO

Cleary Gottlieb represented Tarkett in its initial public offering which launched on November 11, 2013. The transaction priced on November 21, 2013 and closed on November 26, 2013. The IPO consists of a secondary offering of approximately €462 million, which may be increased to €531 million if the over-allotment option is exercised in full. The shares were offered to the public in France and internationally in private placements, including under Rule 144A in the United States. Deutsche Bank and J.P. Morgan acted as Global Coordinators and Joint Bookrunners. BofA Merrill Lynch, Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank, and HSBC acted as Joint Bookrunners and Commerzbank acted as Co-Lead Manager.
