Cleary Gottlieb represented the underwriters in The Bank of New York’s registered offering of $1.25 billion 4.026% fixed-rate/floating-rate callable senior medium-term notes Series J due 2030, and $300 million floating-rate callable senior medium-term notes Series J due 2030.
The underwriters for the offering were Citigroup Global Markets Inc., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC, Loop Capital Markets LLC, and BNY Mellon Capital Markets, LLC. The transaction priced on January 14, 2026, and is expected to settle on January 22, 2026.
