The Special Committee in Take Private of iClick

Cleary Gottlieb is representing the special committee of the board of directors of iClick Interactive Asia Group Limited (iClick) in a proposed take private transaction involving TSH Investment Holding Limited and TSH Merger Sub Limited.

The merger agreement was signed on November 24, 2023, and the merger is expected to close in the first quarter of 2024.

iClick is a leading enterprise and marketing cloud platform in China. Headquartered in Hong Kong, iClick currently operates in eleven locations across Asia and Europe.
