TPG and Other Funds in Acquisition of Media Broadcast from TDF of France and Related Financing

Media Broadcast, based in Cologne, is the single largest European full-service provider in the broadcasting and media industry. The transaction was financed with a Term Loan B and RCF s part of the pre-closing reorganization preceding the disposal of their indirect interest in TDF France. The funds investing alongside TPG were Charterhouse, Ardian and Bpifrance Participations.
