Cleary Gottlieb advised YPF in connection with its US$250 million Credit Agreement with Corporación Andina de Fomento. The credit agreement, involving the customary A and B tranches, was executed on December 17, 2010 and the first disbursement took place on December 23, 2010. A second disbursement took place on February 28.
