On June 9, 2017, the 9th Amendment to the German Act against Restraints of Competition (“ARC”) entered into force, bringing about several significant changes to German competition law.
Besides implementing the EU Cartel Damages Directive, the amendments adjust the ARC in several respects against the background of the digital economy.
