On October 31, 2018 the SEC adopted new rules governing disclosure by registrants engaged in mining.
These rules will not take effect for more than two years. The adopting release will take a while to digest, but attached are four preliminary takeaways. We will provide more detailed analysis of the new disclosure regime in the coming weeks.
