Alfonso Alessandro Cardarelli’s practice focuses on EU and Italian competition law.
Alfonso advises Italian and foreign companies in cartel, abuse of dominant position, and merger control issues before the Italian Antitrust Authority and the European Commission. He also has experience in the context of antitrust compliance programs, follow-on damages cases before Italian Civil Courts, and unfair commercial practices proceedings before the Italian Antitrust Authority.
Alfonso joined the firm in 2023. Prior to joining the firm, he had experience in competition law.
