Andrew Halton’s practice focuses on international corporate and financial transactions, including advising private equity funds and corporates in a broad range of M&A transactions, co-investments, joint ventures, and other corporate transactions.

Andrew joined the firm in 2014, spent time in its Hong Kong office in 2015, and spent time on secondment to Sixth Street Partners in 2019.

  • Cushman & Wakefield in connection with its initial public offering on the NYSE.

  • TPG Capital, TPG Growth, and TPG Rise in connection with a number of investments and exits in the UK, Europe, the Middle East, and South East Asia.

  • Warburg Pincus in connection with the acquisition of Sundyne from BC Partners and the Carlyle Group.

  • Tronox in connection with the proposed acquisition of TiZir Titanium and Iron from Eramet S.A.

  • Temasek in its acquisition of Sygnia, Inc., an Israeli cyber technology and services company.

  • JUUL Labs in relation to the structuring and implementation of their international expansion plans.

  • General Motors in connection with the sale of General Motors’ Opel/Vauxhall subsidiary and GM Financial’s European operations to PSA Group in a transaction valued at approximately €2.2 billion.
