Chanel Yusuf-Bishop’s practice focuses on the formation and operation of alternative investment funds across a range of asset classes, including private equity, venture capital, infrastructure, secondaries, and credit.

She advises fund sponsors and institutional investors, on fund formation and direct investments. She also brings a wealth of experience in advising on co-investments and incentive arrangements. Her experience spans cross-border matters across Europe, the Middle East, and the US.

Chanel joined the firm in 2026. Prior to joining Cleary, Chanel was an associate in a leading US law firm in London.
