Clara Cibrario’s practice focuses on corporate and financial matters, with a specialization on sustainability regulation.
Clara has significant experience in cross-border mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance advisory, and financial regulation. She has also defended clients in several litigation cases in the field of corporate and commercial law.
Clara joined the firm in 2018. Prior to that, in addition to working as a lawyer in Italy and China, she spent two years at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology leading projects in the field of public and private sector innovation, and IP.
