Géraldine Bourguignon’s practice focuses on corporate law, capital markets, financial regulation, and litigation.

She advises companies on a broad range of corporate and securities law matters, including governance, disclosure, and market abuse matters. She regularly advises issuers, underwriters, and other transaction participants in equity and debt offerings. Géraldine represented financial institutions in various matters related to the financial crisis. She also represents clients in a variety of litigation matters.

Géraldine joined the firm in 2006 and became counsel in 2014. From 2008 to 2009, she was resident in the New York office. Prior to joining the firm, she spent three years as an associate in another major international law firm in Brussels.
