Giulia de Bosio’s practice focuses on intellectual property, data, and technology.

Giulia advises leading multinational corporations, private equity firms, and start-ups on intellectual property, technology, cybersecurity, and data matters arising in transactional contexts, including mergers and acquisitions, licensing, collaboration and customer agreements. Giulia also assists clients in high-stakes intellectual property disputes in both domestic and cross-border matters.

Giulia joined the firm in 2021 and from 2021 to 2023 she was resident in the New York office.
