Ja Hyeon Park’s practice focuses on advising both U.S. and non-U.S. financial institutions on bank regulatory matters, including with respect to requirements under the Dodd-Frank Act and rules promulgated thereunder.

Her experience includes advising clients on the Bank Holding Company Act, Volcker Rule, capital and liquidity issues and enhanced prudential standards. She represents clients on a variety of domestic and cross-border transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, capital markets offerings, fund formations, leveraged loans, and other financings.

Ja Hyeon joined the firm in 2025.
