Jim Corsiglia’s practice focuses on litigation, particularly securities fraud and other criminal and corporate investigations.

Jim has significant experience conducting anticorruption diligence investigations (often supervising forensic accountants on those investigations), drafting compliance policies and advising on compliance programs, providing anticorruption training, negotiating the anticorruption, sanctions and other compliance terms of M&A transactions, and representing companies and individuals before the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) and the U.S. Securities and Exchange Committee (SEC).

Jim joined the firm in 1994 and left in 1999 to work on a legal reform project for the American Bar Association in Eastern Europe. He returned to the firm in 2002.
