Numerous capital market transactions, and in particular hybrid securities (Crédit Agricole, BNP Paribas, Crédit Agricole Assurance, BPCE); senior, subordinated and deeply subordinated bonds, including green, social and ESG-linked bonds (Crédit Agricole, BNP Paribas, Public Groupe, BPCE, BFCM, CM-CIC, Vivendi, ArcelorMittal, Sodiaal); convertible and redeemable bonds (Salvepar, Tikehau); exchangeable bonds (Crédit Agricole/Eurazeo); IPOs (Amundi); rights issues (Amundi, Vallourec, Gecina); block sales and accelerated book buildings (CASA/Eurazeo, Crédit Agricole Assurance); liability management transactions, including exchange offers, cash tender offers, consent sollicitations and early redemptions (Crédit Agricole, Crédit Agricole Assurance, LCL, Vivendi).

Numerous credit transactions, and in particular investment grade, non-investment grade and cross over syndicated financings, including sustainability-linked facilities (UMG, Vivendi, Transdev, Groupe Canal +, Havas, Sodiaal, Atalian, ArcelorMittal); acquisitions financing (Transdev/First Transit (USA), Worldline/Ingenico, ArcelorMittal/Cleveland-Cliffs, Henry Schein/Biotech Dental, SK Global Chemical/Arkema, Investindustrial/Club Méditerranée) and other credit transactions including the structuring of the financing of BPCE’s €3.7 Billion Delisting of Natixis, the financing of the investment by Attestor - a London-based asset manager - in Casino Guichard-Perrachon, of which it is a major creditor, in the context of Casino’s financial restructuring.
