  • Numerous credit transactions, and in particular investment grade, non-investment grade and cross over syndicated financings, including sustainability-linked facilities (UMG, Vivendi, Transdev, Groupe Canal +, Havas, Sodiaal, Atalian, ArcelorMittal); acquisitions financing (Transdev/First Transit (USA), Worldline/Ingenico, ArcelorMittal/Cleveland-Cliffs, Henry Schein/Biotech Dental, SK Global Chemical/Arkema, Investindustrial/Club Méditerranée) and other credit transactions including the structuring of the financing of BPCE’s €3.7 Billion Delisting of Natixis, the financing of the investment by Attestor - a London-based asset manager - in Casino Guichard-Perrachon, of which it is a major creditor, in the context of Casino’s financial restructuring.

  • Certain public and private M&A transactions, and in particular Amundi in its acquisition of Pioneer Investments from UniCredit; Safran in its sale of its activities « Identité et Sécurité » to Advent International / Oberthur; Vallourec in the reorganisation of its Brasilian activities; Investindustrial in its counter-bid for Club Méditerranée.
