Laura Mullarkey’s practice focuses on corporate taxation, with emphasis on public and private M&A transactions, corporate restructuring, corporate finance, capital markets transactions, investment funds and private equity.
Laura joined the firm in 2014.
From 2010 to 2014 she worked at Linklaters LLP in London and Paris, qualifying into the London corporate tax department as a solicitor in 2012.
