Lindsee P. Granfield’s practice focuses on restructuring, insolvency, bankruptcy and commercial litigation matters. She has extensive experience in representing creditors and debtors in bankruptcy and insolvency matters throughout the United States and in international restructurings.

Lindsee has represented debtors, creditors’ committees, individual creditors and equity holders in major cases involving a variety of industries and situations, including health care, financial services, heavy equipment manufacturing, telecommunications, broadcasting, retail, mining, energy generation, oil services, paper production and steel production. She has participated in Chapter 11 cases in the U.S. Bankruptcy and District Courts in New York, Delaware, California, Texas, Illinois, Ohio, Florida, Arizona, Nevada, Maryland and Washington, D.C. Some of the countries with which she has been involved for cross-border insolvency issues include, Argentina, Chile, Mexico, France, Italy, the Netherlands, the Cayman Islands, Bermuda, Canada and the United Kingdom. She has also represented clients in many domestic and international out-of-court restructurings.

Lindsee joined the firm in 1985 and became a partner in 1998. She practiced on the West Coast from 1988 until 1992, when she returned to Cleary’s New York office.
