Lynn Ammar has a broad commercial practice with particular focus on M&A and corporate governance, private equity and fund investments, capital markets, projects, and restructurings.

Lynn has extensive experience in cross-border transactions, with more than a decade focus on the MENA region. She regularly advises leading corporate and public sector clients (including major sovereign wealth funds) on multi-billion dollar transactions across a wide range of industries and MENA jurisdictions.

Lynn joined the firm in 2012 and became partner in 2022. During this time, she spent 4 years in the Paris office.
