Manley O. Hudson, Jr.’s practice includes financial and corporate matters, particularly acquisitions and international securities transactions.

He lectures and is widely published on a variety of international legal topics.

Manley joined the firm in 1958 and became a partner in 1968. He practiced in the New York office for a number of years, and from 1958-1963 and 1982-1983, he was resident in the Paris office. He was also resident in the Brussels office in 1967.

He is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations.
