Mark A. Adams’ practice focuses on international capital markets transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and other corporate law matters.
Much of his practice involves representing issuers and underwriters in IPOs and other public and private debt and equity offerings, including rights offerings and offerings of debt, and convertible, exchangeable and equity-linked securities. His experience includes transactions involving companies in a variety of industries, including the financial services, internet, biotech, telecommunications, technology, oil and gas, and housing sectors.
Mark joined the firm in 1995 and became counsel in 2005. He has been resident in the Paris office since 2008, after having split the first part of his career between New York (1995-1998; 2002-2008) and Paris (1998-2002).
