Mary-Ann Awada’s practice focuses on domestic and international corporate and financial transactions, with particular emphasis on financings and restructurings in Latin America.

  • An ad hoc group of secured project finance lenders in connection with the restructuring of over $1.67 billion in total indebtedness of Constellation Oil Services Holding S.A. and its subsidiaries (Constellation Group)

  • The DIP lender and largest creditor in the M&G Chemicals cross-border restructuring, involving restructurings in the U.S., Europe, Mexico, and Brazil

  • Doosan Bobcat in connection with its $300 million senior secured notes offering

  • The initial purchasers in Banco Bradesco’s $1.6 billion notes offering and concurrent tender offer

  • Petrobras on a variety of matters, including SEC reporting, corporate governance, and financing matters in connection with “Operation Carwash;” its $2.5 billion SEC-registered century bond offering, the largest century bond offering at the time and the first by a Brazilian issuer and various other bond deals 

  • Aerostar Airport Holdings in a $10 million revolving credit facility refinancing 

  • Credit Suisse in $4 billion “bail in” Reg S/Rule 144A debt offering
