Nadia Romano

Nadia Romano’s practice focuses on intellectual property, technology, artificial intelligence (AI), data protection, and commercial matters.

She has advised leading multinational corporations, private equity firms, and high-growth companies on the AI, IP/IT, data, and commercial contracts aspects of significant corporate, commercial and licensing transactions. She also provides advice on emerging technologies and related regulation, including with respect to artificial intelligence, data sharing, and digital services.

Nadia joined the firm in 2021 and was previously on a 6-month secondment with a global consumer healthcare company in London.
