Rawad Abou Jaoude’s practice focuses on international corporate transactions, with particular emphasis on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, capital markets, and corporate structuring and regulatory matters. He advises multinational companies and sovereign wealth funds across a broad range of industries.
With more than a decade of experience in the United Arab Emirates, Rawad has developed deep knowledge of local legal and regulatory frameworks and market practice. His prior experience as legal counsel at a private investments firm in the Dubai International Financial Centre enables him to advise clients in all stages of their business and transactions.
Rawad joined the firm in 2022. Prior to joining Cleary, he was an associate in the corporate department of a leading international law firm in Dubai.
