Robert P. Davis’ practice focuses on a broad range of corporate and financial matters.

He advises boards of directors, senior representatives of private equity sponsors, management and finance teams, and their financial advisors in connection with the execution of major acquisition and divestiture projects, post-closing integration plans, and the management of investigations and third-party disputes. He also has experience representing strategic and private equity clients in public and private mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, acquisition financings, international securities offerings, corporate restructurings and reorganizations, and other financial transactions.

Bob joined the firm in 1978, became a partner in 1986, and became senior counsel in 2019. From 1993 through 1995, he was resident in the Hong Kong office.
