Russell H. Pollack joined the firm in 1979 and became a partner in 1988 and partner emeritus in 2026. He was resident in the New York office from 1979 to 1981, 1984 to 1988, and 1996 to 2002, the Frankfurt office from 1992 to 1996, the Paris office from 1981 to 1984, 1989 to 1992, 2002 to 2006, and 2009 to 2012, and the Moscow office from 2006 to 2009 and 2012 to 2022.
While active, Russell’s practice focused on international mergers and acquisitions, capital markets and other financial and corporate matters, including project and structured finance, acquisition finance, and joint ventures.
