  • KBBO Group, an Abu Dhabi-based investment company, in the restructuring of its more than $1.5 billion in debt, after facing significant challenges due to COVID-19.

  • A number of distressed fund investors on various emerging market restructuring matters.

  • A Middle Eastern SWF in its $450 million investment in Adani Electricity Mumbai Limited (AEML) from Adani Transmission Limited and for a shareholder subordinated debt investment in AEML.

  • Celsa Group UK in an emergency financing provided by the UK Government Department for Business, Energy & Industrial Strategy as well as amendments to the group’s existing term loan and ABL facilities.

  • Morgan Stanley in its role as arranger and lender in a MXN$500 million senior secured guaranteed term loan facility for Alpha Capital S.A.S., a Colombian subsidiary of Alpha Holding, S.A. de C.V.

  • Belron, the world’s leading vehicle glass repair and replacement group and a portfolio company of D’Ieteren Group, Clayton, Dubilier & Rice (CD&R), Hellman & Friedman, GIC and BlackRock Private Equity Partners, in a €7 billion incremental amendment to its existing credit agreement, the proceeds of which was used in the largest reported dividend recapitalization on record (Shortlisted for the ACT Deals of the Year Awards 2024: Deal of the Year).

  • HomeServe, a portfolio company of Brookfield, in the raising of £325 million and €460 million term debt facilities and a £150 million RCF to refinance its senior bridge facility.

  • Cognita Schools, a portfolio company of Jacobs Holding, in the raising of a €1.159 billion first lien cov-lite TLB and RCF in order to fully refinance its existing senior and second lien facilities (Shortlisted for the ACT Deals of the Year Awards 2024: Deal of the Year).

  • Warburg Pincus and Infinite Electronics, Inc. on the financing aspects of its acquisition of Bulgin Ltd, a UK-based developer and manufacturer of connectors and related components for harsh-environment applications, from Equistone Partners Europe.

  • FEMSA in the monetization of its Heineken stake including the €3.3 billion offering of Heineken shares, the largest European consumer ECM transaction in 15 years (Equity Capital Markets Deal of the Year 2023, Bonds, Loans & ESG Capital Markets Latin America & Caribbean Awards).
