Shirley Lo’s practice focuses on corporate and financial transactions, with an emphasis on acquisition and other debt financing transactions, including leveraged loans and high yield bonds.
Her practice encompasses both investment-grade and leveraged finance.
Shirley joined the firm in 2009 and became counsel in 2018.
